would have to be re-taught to freshmen on college even though it may be the same

material they learned as a senior but they have simply forgotten the concepts they have

learned because they were forced to spend a 2 year period outside of the classroom.

As one can see by the evidence presented, it is obviously not practical to require

all United States citizens over age 18 to serve a 2 year military term...

It would cause a

decrease in democracy, an increase in internal rebellion, and also cause a lost of

knowledge. It would give the government a stronger military over all but at what cost to

the nation? Is a more strengthened military worth having the nation spilt at the seams?

After volunteers of this great country have already fought and died to protect the rights of

the average citizen one must think that these rights men fought for should be preserved...
