Ok here's a tutorial for anyone that was brave enough to try and flash there mod-chip and it all went tits up.
Following this guide will save your Mod Chip (Don't Bin it)
What you will need:
* Two "Torx" screw drivers sizes 10 & 20
* A spare mod-chip (the same as the one you own Xecuter2-Pro /Lite / Matrix) either buy one or borrow a friends one (there cheap to purchase paying someone for shipping and fitting it in the XBOX was the expensive part)
* A copy of Evolution X (Slayers is best, you probably have it if you got in this mess in the first place)
* Common Sense
Ok lets get started; presumably you've never seen the inside of the XBOX as everything was fitted for you etc
Safety 1st lets unclip the mod-chip switch from the side of your XBOX simply by easing the white clip (with the cables) from the pcb, this will save strain on the cables etc when we lift the lid...
